Why Existential Consulting?

Existential Consulting offers a unique opportunity to consider and work through a variety of different types of life experiences and situations. In particular, existential work has a therapeutic effect and often enables people to overcome obstacles and navigate difficult transitions.

Socrates famously stated, "The unexamined life is not worth living." With existential consulting, we go through a process of examining in a safe and confidential environment which encourages you to reflect and create in ways that are meaningful to you and relevant to your life circumstances.
